At Cardinal Group, a member of our team is available 24/7. Our team members are experienced and skilled in addressing all of your student’s needs. While many local properties have absentee landlords and substandard maintenance programs, our team is proactive and responsive to all maintenance needs. It is our goal to fulfill all work orders within 24 hours, while comfort and life safety work orders are addressed immediately. We value your business and trust and, in exchange, it’s our responsibility to provide timely, professional service to each of our residents.

By signing an individual lease for your student, you are responsible for the rent of your student only. You have no liability for the rent of the other apartment residents - one less thing to worry about! This is a significant advantage over a Joint & Several Leases used at rental houses and other apartment properties. In those communities, when a roommate leaves school you are liable for their rent - not at a Cardinal Group community, we understand the student dynamics and issues - you owe that sort of peace of mind to yourself.

We provide well-balanced Student Life programs at each of our communities. Our programs offer a variety of educational, recreational and social activities. By promoting students' scholastic achievement and social development, we facilitate personal growth and well-being while reinforcing the mission of the universities. Programs may include activities such as: community service outreach, resume building, intramural sports, live music performances, community cookouts, community participation in campus-wide competitions and much more. We don’t want to be a student housing apartment complex we want to be a student housing community!

We have a variety of spacious floor plans with private accommodations and all the luxuries and modern conveniences your student requires. In addition, our recreational and social amenities provide productive outlets when your student needs a break from studying. We aren’t always the cheapest rent in the market, but we strive to always offer the most value!

We offer an innovative roommate matching system for those looking for a compatible roommate match. Our system allows each student to complete an online personal profile through Facebook and review other future residents profiles who have leased the same unit type. The best part, your student gets to select their own roommate based on their personal dialogue and compatibilities, such as: interests, hobbies, habits and academic studies.

No need for renting a U-Haul or borrowing a friend’s truck, our communities provide stylish furniture included in the rent, saving you additional money and hassle. We have prepared a recommended list of items to bring; many of these items are not necessary but rather friendly reminders:

Bedroom: computer, stereo, study lamp and/or bedroom lamp, TV for bedroom if desired, hangers, mattress pillow top, pillows, bedding, laundry basket, laundry detergent, 3M non-damaging wall hanging tap & hooks

Kitchen: all dishes and utensils for the kitchen, hand towels, paper towel, basic cleaning supplies placemats, dish detergent, trash bags

Bathroom: towels, bath mat, shower curtain, soap tray, basic cleaning supplies

Common Area: Area rug, lamp, vacuum, accent pillows, throw blanket, decorations to create your own unique space
